Instructions for Shielding

 

The  Active Control training is presented on the 31 minute Personal shielding CD

The training requires you to close your eyes, so  train in a quiet place free from interruptions. 
Caution: Do not attempt the training while driving a car, piloting a commercial airliner, or operating a nuclear power plant.

Two to four CD training sessions are ordinarily sufficient to substantially reduce anxiety and improve concentration.   Continue with additional sessions as needed.  

Complete the training now, at home, and be prepared later when angry words fly your way

You may do an additional training before a meeting where hostility is expected.

If you do not have your guard up and are shaken by unexpected hostility, you can fix the problem afterward.  Simply leave the hostile situation, install your shield, and review the incident but now feeling protected.  The review training is corrective, and will override the earlier feelings of intimidation.

Benefits are relatively stable and continue from one  incident to the next.
