Instructions
The Active Control training is presented on the 31 minute Tame Test Anxiety CD
The training requires you to close your eyes, so train in a quiet place
free from interruptions.
Caution: Do not attempt the training while driving a car,
piloting a commercial airliner, or operating a nuclear power plant.
Two to four CD training sessions are ordinarily sufficient to substantially reduce anxiety and improve concentration. Continue with additional sessions as needed.
You may do an additional training the night before the test, but it is not necessary to do so.
Benefits are relatively stable and continue from one school year to the next.
